As I awaken to the dawn of a new day

like a golden sunrise, your smile ascends above the horizon

in my mind. As I prepare to spend,

Another day with you.

Over the course of a few hours, we travel to faraway places while

exploring exotic destinations in the distant corners of my innermost thoughts.

And within those fleeting and fading moments together, we have spent a lifetime.

Even while sinking fast asleep, those memories fade

like a beautiful sunset across an ocean of endless waters.

While my soul anticipates the joys that tomorrow will bring.
